fireworksHappy New Year! As in last couple of years, the first day of the new year is reserved for our report where we publish information about our website and our favorite compilation of fireworks display around the world after the whole world celebrated New Years Eve. You can watch the Fireworks around the globe in 2012 New Years Eve videos bellow. The compilation video will be changed to our favorite fireworks display video if a better video gets published.

We are glad that the quality of our articles is recognized by increased number of visitors as well as by references from many popular websites, reputable universities and companies. This year we had a significant increase of feedback from researchers, designers, architects and companies we contacted for more information or resources. We would like to thank them for their cooperation and fast responses.

The website design went through a major alteration. We widened the content and increased the readability of our news and articles. In order to increase the readability we deleted the advertisement at the top of our articles and added an advert at the website header. As usual, we gave a lot of attention to the website performance and optimization, and we managed to make it load even faster than before. We hope that you liked our changes and that you noticed the difference in website loading as well.

Due to unexplained issues with Google Adsense in November 2011, our only source of income decided to terminate our agreement. We’re considering other available solutions regarding advertisement on our website, and we’ll provide more information about how you can advertise or support RobAid in near future.
